PC Helps eTraining is live, instructor-led, Internet-based training. Your end-users can listen to the class and ask questions via phone or type while viewing the session on their PCs. The classes are available in short, easily managed modules. And, PC Helps will work closely with you to target individuals and groups that seem most likely to benefit from additional application education.
